RRForum 3rd National Conference

The 2005 RRForum was held in Santa Fe, New Mexico, March 30 – April 1, 2005. The agenda included plenary sessions (What really happens at the point-of-sales?), report on the Responsible Retailing Project taking place in four states, and plenary sessions that included Responsible Retailing and Corporate Responsibility and Application of Social Norms Marketing Principals to Responsible Retailing. Participants in the previous three RR Forums have reported that the interactions outside the conference rooms were equally valuable and provocative as the formal sessions.
