The 4th RRForum was held in Washington, D.C. on April 18-20, 2006 at the Marriott Metro Center. The meeting was attended by individuals from 29 states representing retailers and their associations, producers and distributors, regulatory and enforcement agencies, state and federal public health and safety agencies, advocates, RR training organizations, and researchers.
