The 15^th annual Responsible Retailing Forum National Conference is scheduled for Monday, April 24^th and Tuesday, April 25th -2017 at the Sir Francis Drake Hotel in San Francisco, CA.

Preview of the Meeting

The 2017 RRForum will begin with a “Meet and Greet” the evening of Sunday, April 23rd, with the meeting held all day Monday, April 24^th and through noon on Tuesday, April 25^th.

The California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control will be on hand for a presentation of innovations in community-based responsibility, including RRForum research projects in California to reduce underage sales and over-service of alcohol, and RRForum’s strategic alliance with the International Town & Gown Association to address alcohol access and abuse in college and university communities.

Registration Fees

Governmental, university, public and non-profit participants:
- $425 before April 2, 2017 ($525 thereafter)
Private sector participants:
- $525 before April 2, 2017 ($625 thereafter)

Conference registration fees include program materials, reception and some meals.

Lodging Stipends and Registration Waivers

RRForum awards a limited number of lodging stipends and registration fee waivers to defray the costs of attending the meeting. These lodging stipends and registration fee waivers will be available only to governmental, university and public and non-profit agency participants. Award of lodging stipends and registration waivers will be based on submitted justification.

You may apply for a lodging stipend or registration fee waiver at the time of registration by including a note in the ‘comments’ section of the registration form.

Conference Hotel

The 15^th annual RRForum Conference will be held at the Sir Francis Drake Hotel in Union Square, San Francisco. The Sir Francis Drake, located in Union Square, has provided us a room rate of only $199 per night plus taxes, which has been extended three days before and after the conference, based upon availability, for those who wish to extend their visit to San Francisco. Please note that the cut-off date for reservations at the Sir Francis Drake Hotel at the conference rate is April 7^th: we cannot assure that rooms will be available after that date. Conference participants are responsible for their own hotel accommodations.
